Meditation Exercises in China Ink

Luca Gansser, the 27-year-old world traveller from Ticino, for the first time does not sell his drawings on the street but presents a collection in the Artischock gallery.

The small-sized sheets reveal the private emotional world of a dreamy person. Gansser is telling of his yearnings and dreams; stations of his inner emotional world in realistic pictures which run their course and overlap. In this, everything is fake if you compare it to this real life, and genuine if you imagine a better life, because in this world, the human being again encounters his fellow-human, and nature is still nature.
